The prophecies series: Katharina D. from the Ötztal (1883-1951)

[…] The misery becomes greater and greater […]. And they say to each other: „It can’t go on, it can’t“, and it still goes on. It goes downhill much longer than people first thought. „Then suddenly it breaks“ […]. The people are in the fields, it’s late summer, the grain is already ripe, when they come, whole hordes of wild-looking people, and attack everything. (Note: mobs and rabble from the cities go into the countryside, even into the mountain valleys! to rob and plunder.) They kill what they catch – it’s terrible! The doors of the houses are smashed and everything is destroyed. They murder and rob, and even locals from the village run with those and loot just as much.
Children, you must flee to the mountain […]. There you must first hide something to eat and prepare something to sleep in. These marauding hordes will not go up the mountain! Don’t jump […] into the village. It’s also mainly about faith. There are only two parties left: For the Lord God and against the Lord God! The persecutors of the Church have great power for a time. But this short time you must not lose the faith. […]
They want to take the bells from the towers to melt them down, but they won’t get around to it, it’s happening too fast. I see a church somewhere, filled with praying people, suddenly these […] people in red rags come and lock the church doors, and kill all the people in the church.
A terrible time is coming: I see the women all in black and heaps upon heaps (all fresh graves) at the cemetery. Old men are blessed with the Blessed Sacrament in the church square by an old priest, and they go out on foot to the valley and fight outside, not far away at all, only with knives and simple weapons, man against man. They have only socks (slippers?) on instead of shoes, so great is the need. From the rear of the Ötztal, wounded are brought out on carts […].
There is still hay and grain left in the fields, almost no one brings in any more, there are so few people left. Afterwards, only smoke rises from a chimney here and there, and many houses stand empty. In the houses that are still inhabited, there is a bale of hair (=flax, for spinning and weaving) on every stove; the people start all over again (at the same stage of development as two hundred years ago) and are immensely Christian and content and greet each other with: Praised be Jesus Christ!

The prophecies series: What old Pramstahler foresaw

Urned said to Hans at the time (this was in 1912!) that a completely different kind of people would now emerge and they could never be properly relied upon again. Old Pramstahler had already told him 20 years ago (in 1892) that this coming new century would be the most terrible and bloody century of all time. Just like old Pramstahler, he would also see three terrible wars coming in this century. Of these three wars, the last war would be the most terrible. Fire would fall from the sky and afterwards there would be so few people left that one would have to walk a full hour at a time with quick steps in order to meet just a single person anywhere in the world. All the cities would be in ruins and the few people left would themselves have been eaten by the fire and would be full of scars and wounds. But by the grace of God, these sick people would have completely new, wonderful and gentle children. With them would come a time of peace of 1000 years. So that man would not have to despair after the third war, God would show himself to many people and perform many miracles. […]

The Feldpostbriefe prophecies

But first, a brief background to this source: On 1 August 1914, the German Reich entered the First World War. A master carpenter from Upper Bavaria named Andreas Rill had to serve as a German soldier on the Western Front in Alsace, which was still German territory at the time. His company then picked up a French civilian after about three weeks, who soon turned out to be a clairvoyant. A German officer had a detailed conversation with the clairvoyant, and five soldiers were present, including Andreas Rill. Since it is said that the Frenchman spoke several languages, and he apparently also lived in Alsace, one can assume that he spoke German, so there were no translation errors, and Andreas Rill heard everything directly from the seer’s mouth.
In the course of the transmission of the corresponding predictions, however, a few things got mixed up. Apparently Andreas Rill misunderstood something or got it mixed up in his memory. This will make things a little complicated in the following, but it will not be too complicated. Once again we are told: He who has eyes to see, let him see. He who has ears to hear, let him hear. …
On 24 August 1914, after about three weeks of war, when all of Germany was still in a state of war euphoria and everyone thought the war would soon be won and the soldiers would be home for Christmas, Andreas Rill wrote a letter (Feldpostbrief) to his family in Bavaria. Another letter followed six days later on 30 August 1914. Both letters are unique paraprognostic documents and were examined, among others, around 1980 by Professor Hans Bender from Freiburg, the quite well-known German parapsychologist at the time, and no valid evidence for a forgery was found. As already mentioned at the beginning of the book, the letters were first published in 1953 by Father Frumentius from the monastery of St. Ottilien near Munich, the former confessor of Cardinal Ratzinger, later Pope Benedict XVI. Father Frumentius was a scholar of traditional European prophecy and is virtually a guarantor of the authenticity of this source. […]

I begin with a sequence from the first field post letter of 24 August 1914. The sequence starts with a look at the time of the Third Reich:
The time begins around 32 and lasts nine years, […] everything goes by one man’s dictate – he says – then comes the time 38, are invaded […] and worked to war. The war itself ends badly for the man and his followers.
So much for the prediction about the period from 1932/1933 to 1945. In the lines of the letter that immediately follow, things then get a bit mixed up. On the surface, the lines in question read as if they referred to the time immediately after the collapse of the Third Reich, but a closer look reveals a different picture. According to my analysis, these lines refer to the time immediately after the „Third World War“.

The passage directly following the above quotation with the questionable chronological attribution begins:

– The people stand up with the soldiers. For all the mischief is revealed and things are going wild in the cities. He says that in this time [or in the time before] one should not accept any office or anything like that, everyone goes to the gallows or is hanged under the door of the house, if not nailed to the window block [obviously a kind of crucifixion], because the rage of the people is terrible, because things are being revealed that are inhuman.
The people are becoming very poor, and the finery of clothing has reached its peak and people are happy if they can still dress in sandbags. […]
– He says of the war itself that no one gets anything from the other, and when Switzerland joins Germany, it won’t be long before the war is over.

1st letter

Written 24 August 1914

My dears!
… Today we are resting, and I want to write to you about the accomplice I mentioned in the last letter. He’s a strange saint, because it’s hard to believe all the things he said. If we knew what was in store for us, we would be throwing away our guns today, and we must not believe that we know anything about the world.
The war, he says, is lost for Germany, it will go into its fifth year, then revolution will come, but it won’t really break out, one will go, the other will come, and we’ll be rich, everyone will be a millionaire and there’ll be so much money that you’ll throw it out the window and nobody will pick it up. Ridiculous!
The war goes on under the thumb [„unter der Fuchtel“ – it usually describes someone being under somebody’s thumb, so perhaps the seer is talking about the French occupation in particular; but perhaps Rill means secretly, under the surface. C.S.] and the people are not badly off, but they are not happy. At this time, he says, the Antichrist is born in the farthest reaches of Russia, by a Jewish woman, but he only appears in the fifties. […] In the year, he said, when St Mark’s Day falls on Easter. I don’t know when that will be. (St. Mark’s Day = 25 April, note Berndt).
Before that comes a man from the lower class, and he makes everything the same in Germany, and the people have nothing more to say, and with such severity that it drives the water out of all our joints. [… „daß es uns das Wasser bei allen Fugen raustreibt“. A figure of speech I’m not familiar with; but obviously it means very restrictive, oppressive, C.S.] For he takes from the people more than he gives, and punishes the people horribly: for at this time justice loses its right, and there are many braggarts and cheats. The people become poorer and poorer without noticing it. Every day there are new laws, and many will suffer or even die as a result. The time begins around 32 and lasts nine years, […] everything goes by one man’s dictate – he says – then comes the time 38, are invaded […] and worked to war. The war itself ends badly for the man and his followers.

Germany would be torn apart and a new man would emerge to lead and raise the new Germany. Whoever then possesses the most industrious people will receive world domination. England will then become the poorest state in Europe, because Germany is the most industrious nation in the world.
In the end, Russia comes and invades Germany, but is beaten back because nature intervenes, and there will be a place in southern Germany where the event should be, where people from all over the world travel to see.
Then he said that the reigning Pope would be present at the signing of the peace treaty, but he would have to flee Italy beforehand because he would be accused of being a traitor. He arrives in Cologne, where he finds only a heap of ruins, everything broken.
And in the year 43 only the rise comes. Then come good times. He also says of Italy that it goes against us and declares war in one year, and goes with us in the second war. Italy will be terribly battered and many German soldiers will find their grave there.

We said he wasn’t quite right, or he was crazy. You’ll laugh at that, because one can’t believe it. The man spoke several languages, we laughed at him, but the lieutenant talked to him all night, and you can’t imagine what else he said. …

Despite Rill’s brave words, the second letter clearly shows how rattled he has become by the prophecies – his sentences are all over the place.

2nd letter

30 August 1914

Dear Anna, dear children!
… They say the war will be over by Christmas. … You will already have the letter about the prophetic Frenchman. I can’t get through all the things he said. Thinking of him always. But it does seems almost unbelievable, and I want to tell you a few more things. For whether it will really come is like a pipe dream.
He kept stressing about dark forces that are supposed to bring this disaster, and they are spread all over the world, seven in number. And the number seven has a great significance, and the chair 12 that this man currently occupies is full of terror and murder. [I really don’t know who and what this „chair 12“ and „this man“ are supposed to be – Rill is either thinking of a prophecy that he doesn’t write down in full, or he simply quotes the seer. C.S.] He speaks and exhorts the nations to return, but all in vain. People are driven further and further into misfortune and worse, and everyone only wants goods and possessions.
When the year is four and five, then Germany will be squeezed from all sides and the second event will be over. And the man disappears, and the people stand there and are completely robbed and destroyed ad infinitum, but the enemies do not stand well with each other either … the dark ones will lead it and strive to calm the peoples with great promises, and the victors arrive at the same destination as the vanquished.
In Germany, governments then come, but cannot carry out their goal because their plan is thwarted again and again. The man and the sign disappear and no one knows where, but the curse within remains and the people sink lower and lower in morals and become worse. The hardship becomes much greater and claims many victims. People even use all kinds of excuses and religions to shift the blame for the diabolical crime. But it is all the same to the people, for the good man can almost no longer exist during this time and is repressed and despised. Then the people themselves rise up against each other, for hatred and envy grow like grass, and the people get still further into the abyss.
The occupations break away from each other and depart with the spoils of what they have stolen, which also brings them much misfortune, and the disaster of the third world event begins. Russia invades the south of Germany, but for a short time, and the cursed people are shown that there is a God who puts an end to these events. At this time it shall be terrible, and nothing shall help the people, for they have come too far and can no longer turn back, since they have not heard the admonitions. Then the people who are still there will become quiet, and fear and terror will dwell among them. For now they will have time to reflect and learn good lessons, which they did not want to do before.
At the end of this devil’s time, the believed victors will then come to the defeated for advice and help, for their lot is also terrible, for everything lies on the ground like a monster. He said that would be in 1949. 47 and 48 shall be the years of this mild retreat. Who knows if we will still be alive until then, and it is incredible, and I am only writing it so that you can see what he has said, and one of the children will experience that time.
In the third event, Russia will invade Germany, in the south as far as Chiemgau, and the mountains will spit fire from there, and the Russians will leave behind everything in the way of war equipment. Everything up to the Danube and Inn is razed to the ground and destroyed. The rivers are all so shallow that you no longer need a bridge to cross them. From the Isar onwards, no more harm will come to the people, only misery and hardship will dwell. The bad people will perish as if it were snowing in winter, and religion will also be cleaned out and purified. But the church will triumph, he says.
In Russia all rulers will be destroyed. The corpses are not buried there and remain lying. Starvation and destruction is in that country as punishment for their crimes.
You have to laugh at these speeches, and we laughed. But he said that only one of us would experience it, and he would think of me. Well, what is one to do? He’s almost not believable.
In the year 48, God’s punishment will come to an end and people will be like lambs and satisfied as never before. And dreams of victory will cease, and it will be almost devoid of people in the lands.
I don’t think I’ll be alive until then. But don’t worry about it!

Stephan Berndt then adds:

[…] A certain Fr Frumentius came into possession of the original of the first field letter in 1941 – via a certain Dr Arnold. He in turn received the letter from the Rill family. Years later, the original of the second field post letter was also found in the estate of the above-mentioned Dr Arnold.
Professor Hans Bender, long-time holder of the Chair of Parapsychology in Freiburg/Breisgau, interviewed Andreas Rill’s son and Dr. Arnold’s widow, among others. Comparisons were made with other handwritten texts by Andreas Rill. […] There were no indications that the field post letters were not written by Andreas Rill.
In 1952 (Bekh – Gann says 1953) the letters were published for the first time in the missionary bulletins of Father Frumentius, and in 1955 in the „Neue Wissenschaft“ in Switzerland.
Fr Frumentius had both letters photographed in 1945. […]
In 1976 and afterwards, Professor Bender and his colleague, the psychologist Eberhard Bauer, tried to find the visionary, or at least traces of him, in Alsace, but without useful results.
However, based on military documents and other research, it was concluded that Rill may have met the prophetic Frenchman between 14th and 18th August 1914 in a monastery near Colmar in Alsace.
In 1980, Prof. Bender published a corresponding report („Der prophetische Franzose“ [„The Prophetic Frenchman“]) in the „Zeitschrift für Parapsychologie und Grenzgebiete der Psychologie“, on pages 1 to 22.
As far as I know, no one (!) in the professional world doubts the authenticity of the letters or the date written on them.

So, if anyone in France and especially the Alsace has any leads on this seer, let me know! It seems incredible (to quote Andreas Rill) that someone of this calibre left no trace. If he was a monk in that monastery, that might explain it; but you’d expect Rill to mention the fact at least once…

The Abd-ru-shin prophecies

This one is a rare text insofar as it has circulated for decades only among German-speaking followers of the Grail Message by Abd-ru-shin. The prophecy was first recorded in an interview with Otto Ernst Fritsch (by the way a Righteous Among the Gentiles) and typed out in 1973. Since then, the text has passed from hand to hand as photocopies, and in this way it came into my possession about twenty years ago. (As many of my readers know, I am a follower of the Grail Message.)
Otto Ernst Fritsch remembers his last talks with Abd-ru-shin in Kipsdorf in 1941. Of course, his memories might not have been entirely accurate thirty years later, but it’s still a remarkable document. I give you an abridged version of it, skipping things mainly of interest for followers of the Grail Message.

Among many other things:
In one March it will begin… – the final events that have been foretold in the prophecies and in the Bible.

It begins with a terrible plague that comes quite suddenly and takes away two thirds of humanity within three weeks.
Only then does humanity realise that it is in judgement, not before! Not before! People will then doubt the righteousness of God, because only the so-called good ones will be taken away from the earth. All of them are only people of whom Christ had proclaimed that the lukewarm would be spit out. […]

The so-called good people, but who also do nothing good because they have no longing for light. – Among the people will come a despair such as no human being can imagine. Why, they will cry, does God only take the good ones from the earth?

People will commit suicide by the thousands and thousands, but the doctors and scientists have an explanation for that too! It is a contagious bacillus or virus that has not yet been discovered. And thousands upon thousands of people will go mad, caused by the rays of light!
It is also possible that the Lord said hundreds of thousands – I cannot remember that. In this case, too, medical science will claim that it is a virus that has taken root in the brain. But no doctor in the world can help! […]

I cannot describe to you the horror that will then befall the whole of humanity in a short time. Then it seems that the whole of humanity is without God’s help. It is the time of which it is said that God veils His face. But every believer can walk confidently through these times.
God is with every person who is of good will, and every person will be helped to the extent that he opens himself to the light. Many people will still be lost who could be saved, but they were not awake at the last moment. And conversely, human spirits are saved who were already lost; for the saving longing helps them, and light helpers can pull them up!

The final phase of judgement is carried out by the darkness itself.
The third world war would completely destroy this earth with its terrible weapons, as it once struck Mallona. But God will then intervene Himself!
You and no human being need despair, for God forsakes no one. It is the other way round, people have turned against God, that is why He cannot help. Just go on undaunted. […]

I asked the Lord, „What year will that be?“
Whereupon the Lord said with a laugh, „I don’t know that either!“

Political events

As early as 1932 the Lord spoke of the atomic bomb and its effect, and in 1939 of the division of Germany into two parts. The Russian people in their entirety are the first people of this earth to recognise the light. The American people will be the second to recognise the light in its entirety.

The German people and the Jewish people, however, are the last two peoples to recognise the Holy Word.
In the last phase of the final judgement, Bolshevism will rule over the whole world, but then a German general will save it from complete destruction. Only very few of the German people will be left!

Literally, „From the East it comes, but in the South it begins!“ […]

And then the final battle begins.

If I understood the Lord correctly, the Russians will still invade Germany. But a German general will prevent the complete downfall of Western culture.

In the beginning, after the events, there is not yet peace, war will still flare up in some places, but the Grail army will nip the flames in the bud. After the events, people will not yet be able to absorb the Holy Word. In the beginning there will still be churches, but also other denominations, but the light will spread more rapidly than ever after the events, because all darkness will no longer be present.
In the beginning there will also still be murder and crime; but in the kingdom of 1000 years the laws everywhere will be so strict and so harsh as no man can imagine today.

After all, it is no longer the will of man that rules in the 1000-year kingdom, but the will of God.

The Buchela prophecies

It appears that content creators on YouTube have rediscovered Buchela, a German gypsy seeress who was quite a household name in the 1980s. Not so much because of her prophecies but because of her connection to the political elite in the then-West German capital Bonn (and probably elsewhere).
But the fact is, not much of the body of her predictions is known; she published a (ghost-written) book in 1983 that basically contains all that is being shared today on social media platforms. Going by those predictions, I don’t think her gift was all that accurate. Sure, proponents have offered that maybe her ghostwriter might have mixed things up, or that she felt she could not publish all there was to say particularly about the USA because of the political climate at the time… and they may be right. I don’t know. But she was wrong about something as big as the German reunification (of course, her proponents have explanations for that), so I’m sceptical. I will, however, give her the benefit of the doubt. She was right about other things, after all. Now, her predictions about when things would happen were usually wrong, but that is actually no disqualification. Hardly any seer gets it right, and Abd-ru-shin in In the Light of Truth explains why. So I will never hold that against anyone.

I’ve picked some of the predictions in her book that seem to me the most interesting ones.

In the next two decades, the churches will disintegrate. There are almost no priests left who are there for the people, and only for them. […]
Those in black robes have become slaves of those who take money from your wages and promise spiritual support in return. And they will become even more so in the years to come. The priests of good heart and humility before God must submit to the orders of the ecclesiastical money men. […]

God and the Church are already two different things today. They will become even more distant from each other. This does not give you the right to disbelieve and deny the Creator. Build your own church in your heart. Pray to God, because He exists. You do not have to obey the Church and you do not have to trust the Church. Believe and pray. Let no one accuse you of evil if you do not follow the ringing of the bells and do not go to the places of worship. God has been abandoned by His own Church because of money. But God has not abandoned us. In the next few years, the children will separate from the parents, the parents from the children. Woman and man will no longer understand each other. The only support will be faith, which will make people speak to their neighbour and reconcile him. We must, in order to survive spiritually, hold on to it.

Buchela also had something to say about the „collective guilt“ idea:

They all say today, those on the outside and those on the inside, that you should have opened your mouths and fought back against injustice. They hold everyone guilty because they went about their work and kept silent. They want everyone to feel the guilt inside and fall to their knees when they are reminded of that time.
I tell you:
Carry your head proudly and high, and do not bow it to the past. What happened was the will of less than a hundred people who had broken away from God. But among them were not only the Germans, but also others who today allow themselves to be celebrated as victors over inhumanity. All those who are younger than fifty should not let themselves be driven into guilt. They were not tools of a higher power who wanted to punish people for their actions. You do not have to atone for something you did not do. You must mitigate the evil that is to come. […]

It always sounds so disparaging when you say „Jew“. You call other people by their names, after all, say „Meier“ or „Müller“, not „Catholic“ or „Protestant“. The Jews have made their religion a term for a whole people, they themselves. They wanted and want to stand out from the others, to be singled out. And in doing so, they have attracted hatred.
They reproach you today for having tortured and killed the Jews by the millions. There is no doubt about it, the blame lies with the wicked and godless who were your kings. But the guilt is implanted in your feelings, you are supposed to always repent and atone.
I say to you:
Nations have murdered one another, it is only history today. What was done to the Jews is not forgotten by the Jewish people, but forgiven to the young. But you, the young and the innocent, will find no rest, not because those who got away persecute you with their call to repentance, but because of the State of the Jews, which morally blackmails you every day. In the next two decades, the land of the Jews will plunge from one guilt into another, will disregard life – and will always remind you of the guilt of the past in order to provide the state with money and support. If you do not want to lose your self-respect, you should not participate. God’s chosen people and the state are two different things. Not the Jews, but also the state, which they do not love, will cause you much grief. For everything that happens they hold you responsible, and you will be poor if you want or have to pay your perpetuated debt in money.
Be a friend to the Jew, if he is a friend. Pay no attention to his church, but to his humanity. But do not let him force you – it will come soon – to pay more money for a country that uses your guilt. You will make an enemy of the world, because no one will understand that you want to right a wrong with a wrong.

The insurance industry:

Those who take care of you will build palaces and castles with your money, and they will have so much money that they will be among the most powerful in the world. Kings will have to go to them to borrow money. They will give it to the kings and demand that you be entrusted to their care from childhood to the grave. You will give more than three times the tithe of your money to them – and when trouble comes to you, you will stand like beggars before the iron doors. And they will counsel you and prove that you are wrong. Beware of this power; the king will not and cannot protect you from it.

Societal problems:

Rents will rise immeasurably. You can expect that in ten years you will have to pay almost half of your income to those who built the roof over your head, who own the walls, the land and the plot. Your kings, whom you elected yourselves, have failed in their duty to give shelter to the citizens. They have ruled for themselves and their pockets, but not for the people.

In the years to come, only those who do something that requires their hands and feet will be able to live without much worry and have a very good living. Those who bake bread, who prepare meat, who hold tools in their hands and work with them – they will be the lucky ones. They have almost convinced you that only a knowledgeable gentleman and an educated lady can make a difference in life. Knowledge and being educated is good, it gives the young a sense of superiority over the older fools.
But – can one live on feelings alone and pay for bread and salt and sausage and beer with them? […]
I tell you:
If you want to make your children happy, let them learn something they can do with their hands. If you think you have to send them to universities – yes! But first they must have learned a trade, no matter how dirty and beneath them it may seem at first. For those who work with their heads will be needed less and less.

Internal unrest in Europe will increase. You will have to deal with people who, without regard for the common good, will impose their will. These are only a few, but they will lead the large groups. And the great ones will keep quiet out of cowardice and feel honoured because the little ones say „friend“ to them. They will never be masters of the small wars. Thieves and arsonists will rule your lives, robbery will be familiar to you and murder will no longer frighten you.

Your judges are rotten. They no longer give blame according to the say and the law, but to keep themselves in office. You need many to pay hard for what has been done, and many to pay at all for what has not been done. They want and will soon have the greatest power over you and your lives. They will destroy it with arbitrary injustice in order to make themselves irreplaceable to the king. They do not care about your suffering, which you will receive as punishment and which can never be offset by your guilt. Not the kings, but the judges will be the lords on whose mercy your lives depend. But the word which is called „justice“ they will have forgotten for their own sake.

Then, of course, there is the great warning of world politics. What Buchela says here, from the perspective of Cold War West Germany, is quite clear, no matter how carefully phrased her prediction is:

You may call the simple ones beyond the great water friends, but not the great ones. Look in your books and you will learn that the great ones have so far betrayed everyone who called himself a friend and felt that way. Being friends with the exalted ones and the trust you place in them will go bitterly for you. Shake hands with your neighbours and hold them tightly, even if the pressure of their hand is not yet so firm because of the endured suffering. The distant ones will not stand by you when you are in need and call them.

The Mühlhiasl prophecies

To my considerable surprise, the blog series on Alois Irlmaier’s prophecies has quickly become a hit with my readers – the views rival those of the Marta Hillers series by now, and that has been my blog’s unchallenged champion for years! So, as there obviously is interest in the topic, here is another one of those obscure German seers that are very well known in German-speaking countries but not so much elsewhere: the Mühlhiasl.
Don’t be intimidated by the name. 🙂 „Mühl-“ simply comes from „Mühle“, „mill“; „Hiasl“ is short for Matthias (Matthew) in the local dialect. So, he is Matthias who lives at the mill or who runs the mill.

Exactly who he was is somewhat disputed. According to church records, he was born Matthäus (Latin for Matthias/Mathias – the church records at the time were kept in Latin) Lang on 16 September 1753 in Apoig, Bavaria to parents Mathias – a miller – and Maria Lang, but as to his later years there have been several theories. For a time he ran the mill he had taken over from his father; later he seemed to have been a seasonal worker. Author Manfred Böckl identifies the year of his death as 1809 – just to give you a time frame. Many inventions, events, indeed ideas that we take for granted were unknown to him and the people of his time, it’s important to keep that in mind.

The prophecies, quoted from Manfred Böckl, Der Mühlhiasl. Böckl himself quotes from several earlier authors, so I’m not sure if the order of the prophecies as they follow below is in any way significant. As the Mühlhiasl told those prophecies over time and to different people, the text below gives the impression of jumping around between events. I’ve put explanations to some of the prophecies in italics.

A time is coming when the world will be cleared and people will become few again.

If you knew what is in store for you, your children and your children’s children, you would perish in terror.

A great war is coming. A small one will start it, and a great one coming across the water will finish it.
[This has been interpreted as the First World War, started by „a small one“, Gavrilo Princip, the „great one“ perhaps being Woodrow Wilson.]

But first there will be a time that precedes the great war and brings it about.

When the peasant goes into the dunghill with shining boots on his feet.
[Rubber boots?]

When the peasants dress like the townspeople and the townspeople like fools.

When the raven heads come.
[Has been interpreted either as a sort of hairdo, with slicked-back hair, or as hijabs.]
When the men put on red and white hats, and the people have red shoes.
[Baseball caps and sneakers?]
When the women come along like geese and leave traces like goats.
[High heels.]

When you can no longer tell the difference between men and women, then it’s not far off.

When the Arschlingsköpfe [untranslatable, as nobody knows what he meant by it] and the red roofs come, then it won’t be long.

When the peasants eat cakes.
When the peasants eat the chickens and geese themselves.
[Referring to the wealth farmers will have, from the perspective of Mühlhiasl’s time.]
When the farmers plough up all the hedgerows and cut out all the hedges.
[Has happened to make way for modern, big farming machinery and is heavily criticised for ecological reasons.]

When everything goes haywire.
Then the time has come.

When the black road comes up from Passau.
[Either a tarmaced road or the railroad.]
When the black, iron road crosses the Danube and runs into Bohemia.
When an iron road is built in the Vorwald.
[Railroad.]

When the iron dog barks up the Danube.
[Has been interpreted as metal steam ships.]

When the people can fly in the air.

When the wagons drive without horse and drawbar.
When most people drive with two-wheeled carts, so fast that no dog can run with them.

When you can never tell winter and summer apart, and when the short summers come.
After that it’s not long in coming.
First come the many jubilees.
[In recent years, this has been interpreted as the many anniversaries in connection with the First World War.]
The faith is preached everywhere, missions are everywhere, no one cares any more.

The cross will be taken down from the wall.
[A point of contention for years especially in Bavaria where crucifixes hung in every schoolroom.]
The priests will blacken their hands and faces so that they won’t be recognised.

Religion will be so small that you can fit it into a hat. The faith will be so thin that you can beat it off with a whip.

The Catholic faith is mocked most of all by their own Christians.

They tear the Lord God off the wall and lock him up in a box.
[Crucifixes, see above.]

But there will come a time when they will bring him out again, but it will be too late, because things will take their course.

When will it come? Your children will not live to see it, but your children’s children will.

It will come from the East and end in the West.
Then the war will come, and another, and then the last.
[Three world wars.]

Laws are made, but they are no longer carried out.
The gold goes to iron and steel.
For a gold piece you can buy a farm.

Wood becomes as expensive as sugar, but there’s enough.
[We see that starting now, with the looming gas crisis.]

Standardised money will come.
[Popularly interpreted as the introduction of the Euro; however, it could just as well refer to the German Mark in its various incarnations. In Mühlhiasl’s time, there was no unified Germany yet, just lots of little German states with their own currency.]

Money is made, so much that you can’t even know it. Even though it’s all paper, people can’t get enough of it.
[Either the hyperinflation after WW1 or just a general reference to paper money.]

As soon as it starts, one is on the other. Everybody will fight. Whoever has something, has it taken from him.

Then it starts like a thunderstorm in the air.

When you get up in the morning and look out the window, they’re already looking in at you. For they come like the thief in the night.

If one is not yet inside the grey coat, he will not get in.
[Possibly refers to a uniform coat, cf. German military uniforms of the First and Second World War.]

The little children will already have their uniforms on, not quite that they are still in the cradle.
[Perhaps a reference to Hitler Youth organisations.]

Wild people come in and destroy everything.

There is war in every house.
In the cities, everything is going haywire. No one can help anyone else.
They will build fences around their houses and shoot at people.

The rich and noble people will be killed. Those who have fine hands will be beaten to death.
[If not a prophecy of things yet to come, perhaps a reference to the persecutions of the nobility and bourgeoisie under the Soviet regime. I don’t think it means the French Revolution, unless it’s an early prophecy.]

The lord of the city runs to the peasant in the field and says: „Let me work!“
The peasant beats him to death with a plough-raker.

Before that, many houses will be built like palaces for the soldiers, and then one day the nettles will grow out of the windows.
[Barracks. Many of the old ones still standing really look like that now.]

But that will also be a time when you can’t get a loaf of bread for 200 guilders. But there will be no shortage.
[Possibly a reference to the hyperinflation after WW1.]

So when all this has happened, then it will come.

The little ones will become big and the big ones small, and then it will prove that the beggar, when he gets on the horse, is not to be ridden.

A stern lord takes the helm and skins the poor people. But he will not rule for long.
[Has been interpreted as Hitler and the skinning of dead concentration camp inmates to make lampshades – the latter, however, is a long-debunked myth. A popular myth to this day, but still a myth.]

Germany will be such a great power as it has never been so great. And it will be so small again as it has never been so small.
[Either the founding of the German Reich and its defeat in WW1, or Germany under Hitler and its defeat and partition after WW2. Or both. Or something yet to come.]

Then it will start again and it will be terrible.

Everyone will have a different head on, and one will no longer like the other.

The brother won’t know the brother any more and the mother won’t know the children.

Two woodcutters will sit on a stick and can’t trust each other.

Laws are made that no one respects anymore, and justice will not be justice anymore.

No one thinks that the scourge of God is coming. The redjackets will come here on the new roads. But they won’t cross the Danube.
[Both this and the following prophecy probably refer to WW2.]

No one has ever seen so much fire and iron.

But there will be a good time again, and people will eat and drink from the abundance.

After the war, people think there’s peace, but there isn’t.
[The economic miracle in Germany and the decades of peace and abundance after WW2.]

The high lords sit together and create taxes.

Big houses will be built. But the owners would like to change places with the small householder, because such taxes are coming that even the great ones can’t pay them.

Afterwards the people will stand up.

The last war will be the bench-clearer. It will not last long.

It will happen so fast that no one can believe it, but there will be a lot of blood and corpses.

It will go so fast that a man who has two loaves of bread under his arm while running and loses one of them will not have to stoop down because he can get by with one loaf.

But then they will bake stones into bread and eat nettles. They will say: I have eaten grass roots.

Everything will then be in a mess. Whoever survives must have a head of iron.

It won’t help if people become pious again and bring out the Lord God again. [Meaning the crucifixes, see above.] They will get sick, no one can help them.

There will be no light left burning in the whole forest [he’s speaking of the Bavarian Forest], and that will last a long time. It will only be over when no death bird flies any more. After that, there are few people. At night someone lights a light, looks where someone else has one.

Whoever sees a juniper, goes to see if it’s not a man.

At that time, money is so scarce that you can buy a cow for a gold guilder.

If you find a cow on the Danube or in the Gäuboden, you have to put a silver bell on it. You have to put a golden horseshoe on a horse.

In the [Bavarian] forest, cocks are still crowing.

The Bavarian land in particular is devastated and consumed by its own master. It will stand the longest, it will fare the worst.

Bohemia is swept out with an iron broom.

The carter hits the earth with his whip and says: „The town of Straubing stood here.“

Afterwards, when the world has been cleared, a good time will come. Those who have survived it will greet each other: „Brother, are you still alive?“

Then you can buy a farm for a golden ten-mark piece and a villa for a twenty-mark piece. But first you must emigrate.

The first batch leave with pleasure. The second are also happy to go. The third, however, don’t want to go, because you don’t hear or see anything of the first ones. The last ones are tied to the wagon. They have to leave.

They go to another country where it is warm.
[I was surprised to come across other prophecies recently that refer to this. On the Catholic prophecy channels on YouTube that started this whole series it has been said that people will mass-migrate to South America. Nicolaas van Rensburg, who was recommended to me by a South African reader, apparently foretold mass-migration especially of whites to South Africa. So that’s very interesting.]

This will not only be the case here, but all over the world, and justice will once again be justice, and peace will last for a thousand years.

But one day – and that is a long way off – summer and winter will no longer be distinguishable, and the sun will no longer shine.

For everything has an end, even this world.

The Irlmaier prophecies, Part 6: The Kurier text

(Quoted from: Stephan Berndt, Alois Irlmaier – Ein Mann sagt, was er sieht)

On the evening of 28 March 2002, a prophecy text allegedly by Alois Irlmaier appeared in a German-language internet forum – subsequently called „Kurier-Text“. The Kurier text is said to date from 12 October 1945 and predicts, among other things, 11 September 2001 – or rather it sounds very much like it:

America will assassinate their own presidents…
I see the skyscrapers collapsing.
America will wage war in the East all the time and never again win.

Publishing this prediction only 1/2 a year after 11 September 2001 is – well – let’s say quite unfortunate
For a few days, some people from the forum occupied themselves with the text. Since the forum had a different thematic focus, the text was quickly forgotten again. Quite some time later – in spring 2006 – another internet forum got wind of the text. One of the main topics of this forum was prophecies about the future of Europe and the world, so the prophecy text was examined more closely. People who were well acquainted with Alois Irlmaier also took part in the discussion on the internet. After a thorough discussion of the text, the impression that it was genuine and really came from Alois Irlmaier became stronger – although there were also doubts. […]

As great as the need is now [he speaks from the perspective of October 1945, C.S.], so great will be the abundance in 20 years.
Lard and butter will spoil, bread will be discarded, as will be the sausages. The grocers stand under the door and call, buy something.
The rivers will be taken from their beds, because their strength will be needed for a while.
People will become more and more arrogant and want to take all honour from the Lord God. For example false stars will be pushed under the real ones. Young people will have to hold fast to their hearts so that they are not robbed of them for money.
The great ones of the world will change quickly. A holy pope will pass briefly over the earth. They will want to break through all order.
An iron fence will go through Germany, right through the middle, whoever comes to it will die.
Everyone in the West will be disobedient to God, the bishops will quarrel among themselves and with the Pope. The clergy will go to the dogs in many cases. In the East, much martyr’s blood will flow and much, much prayer will be said in the cellar; many will kneel in the cellar and pray whom they consider an enemy of the faith.
Prague will have to go through a lot, like the Hungarians. But Prague will disappear completely in smoke and flames.
Roads will be built and every apprentice will have a car. The petrol, the oil will be sucked out of the earth, so it will be dry and cracked inside. I see many earthquakes.
The devil will create whole governments.
Pray, keep the commandments, God is near. On a day like any other I hear his step…
America will assassinate her own presidents. The blacks will get the power who have been in the dust for so long. Immorality, crime will be called originality over there. I see the skyscrapers collapsing. America will wage war in the East all the time and never again win. God has turned away.
Russia’s people are always praying for change, Beelzebub is moving to China.
People will visit all the planets to say God does not live there. But the planets spit them out. For it looks there like the world before God made it.
The Redjackets come over Bohemia, into Europe. Three armies meet in western Germany. They come at intervals from the East. There they stand man to man.
First the city with the iron tower will set itself on fire and revolt with the youth. The trouble goes round the world.
At Aachen is the greatest battle in the history of the world. The soil in western Germany is burnt 10 metres deep by a force. From the sands of the African desert the great birds rise with eggs of death without men.
A robber prince in the south will go against Russia and do great damage.
The Mother of God will come often and warn.
Plagues will be that no one knows and can help.
In Asia, in India and Latin America there will be famine without bounds, people will be exterminated by a foreign power.
Many good leaders will be murdered until the war, for only God wins.
England will be punished for everything. I see a big black box, there is no one inside, then fire, then smoke, and it was England.
The famine will be terrible, but not long. See that your windows and doors close well, for you cannot let your best friend in, or the poisonous smoke and breath will come in. The dead will lie in heaps in the streets. The barns will be empty and the cattle will roar because no one waters them.
On a freezing night thunder will sound, then close door and window, it will remain dark for 3 days as in the deepest night, the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Have a consecrated light at hand. The old and the terminally ill will regain their health if they have complied with God, the others will die.
Now all is destroyed by the bombs [again, from the perspective of 1945, C.S.], then towards the end, the new houses will spring up like mushrooms, but they will all be empty, it will be teeming with young devils whom they call children.
Go straight the way, when America…

Here the prophecy text ends abruptly.

Stephan Berndt then goes on to examine the history of the text and the evidence for or against its veracity.
By now – in more recent books and interviews – he has clearly come to the conclusion that the Kurier text is genuine, and I happen to agree with him. The text itself was certainly not written by Irlmaier himself, but to me it gives the impression of having been noted down by somebody to whom Irlmaier told these things. C.S.

According to A. Schönhammer (1997), Irlmaier is said to have advised a woman to leave Neustadt an der Donau because it would „go up in flames“. The woman should flee to relatives in Freising.

„No, you don’t need to worry over there in the Allgäu and on the Lech. It won’t do you much good either, only large numbers of refugees will come and your own people will steal and plunder so much that it will be a disgrace.

Munich gets it a little bit, … You (about 20 km south of Munich) get a lot of people here. Refugees. … You have to have food and water for three weeks. The mess lasts three weeks (anarchy in the Munich area from the beginning of the war). … When it starts, fill the bathtub with water right away, use buckets… fill everything with water. Because you won’t have a chance to get water for three weeks, (because) the electricity is out. There is no more water. … Don’t go out when it starts. You mustn’t leave the house for three weeks. … they (the looters) take the cattle out of the stable, and if the farmer resists, they beat him to death. The townspeople come to the countryside, they are ruthless.

But then the Pope will return and he will crown three more kings, the Hungarian, the Austrian and the Bavarian. That one is very old and has snow-white hair, wears lederhosen and goes among the people like his own kind.
At first there is still famine, but then so much food comes up the Danube that everyone is fed. The surplus people move to where the desert has been created and everyone can settle where they want and have as much land as they can grow. Then the people become few and the grocer stands at the door and says: „Buy something from me, otherwise I’ll die.“ And the sausages hang over the rim of the plate, that’s how much there is.

The ideal cast for „city on the river“ and „high church“ is: Cologne! You won’t find a bigger church on a bigger river anywhere in Europe. The Pope is fleeing to Cologne! Why Cologne? Is the Pope German? … I must admit that in the 2009 edition of this book I could not resist the temptation to interpret this in terms of Benedict XVI. Unfortunately, the latter then unexpectedly resigned from his office on 28 February 2013.

„… and then we will have a free hand again in our homeland. Golden times will come to us. Three crowns I see clearly that will reign in the fear of God. The Danube monarchy will be ours. All over again it will start and people will live again in reverence and trust in God, as it should be.“

The Sonderpost from Konstanz on Lake Constance had interviewed Irlmaier according to its own information and reproduces it:

… in a town north of the Danube two crevices will open up in the ground through which mankind will come across treasures that have been hidden for centuries and which will help us get over the difficult times.

„But there will be a good time later, also we will get a different climate. There will be no more winter here and there grows more than enough.“

With regard to the time after the war, the Allgäu witness recalled the following Irlmaier statement:

Afterwards comes a lovely peaceful time. The people are poor, but happy and joyful. Everyone is allowed to have as much land as he can work with his hands. We can live in the houses as we like.

„… at the same time violent tremors shake the earth and a new land appears from the ocean that was there before.“

„Now I see the earth like a sphere before me, on which the lines of the planes stand out, now flying up from the sand like flocks of white doves.
The Russians run along in their three thrusts, they don’t stop anywhere, day and night they run as far as the Ruhr, where the many furnaces and chimneys are. But then the white doves come and it suddenly rains down all yellow from the sky. It will be a clear night when they start throwing. The tanks are still rolling, but the drivers are already dead. Where it falls, nothing lives any more, no man, no cattle, no tree, no grass, it turns withered and black. The houses are still standing. What it is, I don’t know and can’t say. It is a long line. Whoever crosses it, dies. From Prague it goes up to the big water at a bay. In that line, everything is gone. There, where it begins, is a city, a pile of stones. I must not say its name. After that I see that no one can cross it. Those who are here can no longer go back, those who are over there can no longer cross over. Then everything collapses for those here. No one can get back.“

And where they drop something, that’s where it gets bad. They are just little boxes,“ Irlmeier described the size with his hands […], „but they are quite dangerous. It seems to me that there’s not much left alive where a box like that falls down. But,“ he looked at us, smiling and just like a man who has good news to announce, „here with us in the Saurüssl, nothing happens. We are lucky.“

In the vernacular, „Saurüssel“ is the name given to the piece of land cut out by the Inn and Salzach rivers and is bordered by mountains in the south.

In the course of a conversation, Irlmeier described the „black boxes“ and indicated the size as about 25 x 25 cm. „These are diabolical,“ he said, „when they explode, there is a yellow and green dust or smoke, what gets beneath is gone, whether it is human, animal or plant. People turn black and the flesh falls off their bones, the poison is so pungent.“

In the last conversation with Irlmaier, which took place in the spring of 1959, the clairvoyant spoke of this phenomenon in detail. What he said is not concealed from the dear reader.
„Darkness will fall one day during the war. Then a hailstorm will break out with thunder and lightning and an earthquake will shake the earth.
Then do not go out of the house. The lights do not burn, except candlelight, the electricity stops. If you sniff the dust, you get a cramp and die. Don’t open the windows, cover them with black paper. All open water becomes poisonous and all open food that is not in sealed cans. No food in glass jars either, they won’t keep it out. Outside, the dust death is going around, a lot of people are dying. After 72 hours it will all be over again. But I say it again: don’t go out, don’t look out of the window, keep the consecrated candle or wax stick burning and pray. More people die overnight than in two world wars. …
Buy some soldered tins of rice and pulses. Bread and flour keep, moist things spoil, like meat, except in tin cans. Water from the tap is drinkable, but not milk. The people will not be very hungry during the catastrophe and darkness. The fire will burn, but don’t open a window during the 72 hours.“

If one interprets Irlmaier’s „higher being“ as a star or comet, one has the appropriate explanation for the course: it is the orbit of the earth around the sun. The time is also fairly accurate: soon after Russia’s attack.

The Irlmaier prophecies, Part 3: The Third World War

(Quoted from: Stephan Berndt, Alois Irlmaier – Ein Mann sagt, was er sieht)

When we asked him when the „great wash-up“ would take place, Irlmeier answered evasively at first, but then – and he did this in verse – he said, „when the leaves change colour“. – „It can be in autumn, it can be in spring. I just see white on the trees, but it can be flowers and it can be snow. It’s certainly not in summer.“

This is one of the more confused parts of the documentation. What is meant by the „great wash-up“? It could be the war or a great natural disaster […] or the three days of darkness towards the end of the war, or a kind of collective term for the sum of the catastrophes that then took place. If one studies the Irlmaier texts more closely, then in my opinion the most conclusive explanation is that Irlmaier means the three days of darkness towards the end of the war or three months after the beginning of the war.

„But I tell you again that it will not last long. And those who get through it are well off, for there is a long and happy time to come.“

The mountains have snow on top, but down below it’s aper (autumn country?). It looks yellow. I see an earthquake beforehand. The Korean War is over (this statement is from 7 December 1952. The author. [the Korean War ended in 1953])

I mention this statement only for the sake of completeness. Because it is unclear before which event the earthquake should take place. Before the war? Furthermore, it is unclear where: an earthquake in Germany, or a major earthquake with a worldwide impact.

„Everything calls for peace, shalom! That’s when it happens. – A new Middle East war suddenly flares up, large fleet units face each other in the Mediterranean – the situation is tense. But the actual igniting spark is thrown into the powder keg in the Balkans: I see a great man fall; a bloody dagger lies next to him. Then everything is happening fast. Massed units of troops march into Belgrade from the east and advance towards Italy.“

According to the Irlmaier witness A. Pollinger (interview 2014), Irlmaier actually spoke specifically about a conflict with active Israeli participation:

„It starts with the Jews and the Arabs. That’s where it starts.“

Alois Irlmaier has repeatedly and in practically all early records commented on three political assassinations in the run-up to the „third world war“. The third assassination is supposed to be the signal for the outbreak of the great war. This is supposed to break out immediately afterwards.

Immediately after the [third] murder, you have to get to the Rhine as quickly as possible, along the left bank of the Rhine on the road to Basel, to Lindau across Lake Constance. The Russian won’t get to Lindau, but to Freiburg, no further. … He took a map of Germany, didn’t look at it when he spoke – I still remember today that I was startled – because he drew a straight line along the Rhine with his finger. That’s as far as he got, but no further than France.

„When the third murder of a high-ranking person happens, you have to run! Not on the autobahn, but backwards on the federal highways, the autobahns are all jammed. The Russian is coming.“

In the case of the first two assassinations, it is not clear how long before assassination number three they are to take place. In fact, this ambiguity is so great that, in my opinion, one should only focus on the assassination immediately before the outbreak of war. Incidentally, such an assassination immediately before the war is predicted by other sources – e.g. a Bohemian refugee around 1944 (Bekh, Am Vorabend der Finsternis, p. 45).

When Irlmaier was asked in 1959, the year of his death, whether he still upheld his prediction of 1947, he replied: „It hasn’t changed in the slightest. It is only because it has come closer that I see it much more clearly. And the two men who killed the ‚third high-ranking man‘, I see them too. They were paid by other people. One of the killers is a short black man, the other is a little taller with a light complexion. I think it will be in the Balkans, but I can’t say for sure. … After the murder of the third one, it will start overnight.“

Finally, an (alleged) Irlmaier statement should be mentioned in this context, which was published in 2002 in Magazine-2000/No. 171 by Bernhard Bouvier (pseudonym), according to which the victim of assassination number three would be a US president. B. Bouvier quotes there the Irlmaier-witness „Gärtner“, who in turn is said to quote Irlmaier:
„The spheres of influence and areas of interest of the USA and Russia collide; There are already minor skirmishes; USA/Russia peace conference in Bucharest; The American president is assassinated, whereupon the vice-president immediately declares war. …“ […]
Irritating only that another author (Leo DeGard „Armageddon“, 2003) also interviewed the witness Gärtner, but clear differences to the Bouvier version emerged. DeGard changed the location of the assassination from Bucharest to Budapest. Also, the conference in Budapest is said to have been convened „at short notice“ after Russian troops had already advanced to Belgrade (!) – and thus already violated NATO territory. Then DeGard states:
The witness […] today thinks that the ‚high-ranking person‘ is a youthful-looking American president.

The Bayerische Landeszeitung wrote in October 1949:

To the question, „When will this happen?“, the seer answers, „After the third murder!“ – „And where will that happen?“ We then hear something which leads us to suspect a Balkan city.

Now I see the earth like a sphere before me, on which the lines of the planes stand out, now flying up from the sand like flocks of white doves.
The Russians run along in their three thrusts, they don’t stop anywhere, day and night they run as far as the Ruhr, where the many furnaces and chimneys are. But then the white doves come and it suddenly rains down all yellow from the sky. It will be a clear night when they start throwing. The tanks are still rolling, but the drivers are already dead. Where it falls, nothing lives any more, no man, no cattle, no tree, no grass, it turns withered and black. The houses are still standing. What it is, I don’t know and can’t say. It is a long line. Whoever crosses it, dies. From Prague it goes up to the big water at a bay. In that line, everything is gone.“

„One thing I know for sure […], when the war comes, it bites out most in the north. I see a big water that’s higher than a house, that floods the banks, and whoever it catches won’t get away alive. It’s very quick, it doesn’t take long.“

The following prophecy text is taken from a small 24-page booklet entitled Tatsachenberichte um Alois Irlmaier, which a certain Ernst Ladurner from the Allgäu region published on his own initiative in about 1952. The booklet contains no copyright notice and no date. Judging by its contents, it was published after 22 June 1951.

„People always think that everything has to turn out the way they want it to. But I can see very clearly that a new war will come over us. First they’ll kill the third, another high-ranking person. They’ve already killed two. Over there he’ll die where the sun rises, and then it will break out overnight. The war will be cruel.“

„I see three large army platoons advancing in wide pincers as far as the Ruhr area. Over the big water over there [North America, note B.] the Russian will come, too. From the Czech Republic up to the north the land will become deserted, there it will fall green and yellow, even the grass I see dying there. Not a worm, not a shrub, not a tree will remain, they will destroy everything, the great white doves. None of the three armies [of the Russians, note B.] will see their homeland again. But we have nothing to fear, for the land between Untersberg and Wendelstein will remain protected by the holy image of grace in Altötting.“

The second sentence refers to Eastern troops invading the USA via Alaska. This is likely to be a large-scale relief attack to tie up American forces on their home continent.

„There will be another great war when the grain is ripe. Unfortunately, I cannot say the year. The whole area east of Linz will become a single desert, but here in the south and west there is nothing to fear. This war will only last four months, but it will be the most terrible in the history of the world. Budapest and Prague will be destroyed in the process. In this struggle weapons will be used, that tanks will still roll on when the men sitting in them are already dead…“

At this point we interrupted Irlmaier with the question whether, in his view, only this area of Bavaria would be spared.
„Well, you don’t have to worry over there in the Allgäu and on the Lech. It won’t do you much harm either, only large numbers of refugees will come and their own people will steal and loot so much it will be a disgrace.“
Irlmaier also knew the answer to our second question, whether he believed that religious places of grace would have a generally protective effect in the next war:
„I can say that for sure: all people who live around a holy place will be spared, not a hair will be touched, heaven will see to that. They told me that there is also a large pilgrimage church over there in the Pfaffenwinkel between Lech and Ammer, where people pray to the scourged Lord. Nothing happens there. Only refugees will come …“
„The war won’t last long, but it will still be enough. In one and a half moonlengths the people will have the first horror behind them.“

One and a half moonlengths – that would be six weeks. From then on, the Russians should be in retreat and the West’s victory should gradually become apparent.

„The Yank will master the other (will win, note Ladurner) and then we will have a free hand again in our homeland. Golden times will come to us. I can clearly see three crowns that will rule in the fear of God. We will have the Danube Monarchy. All over again it will start and people will live again in reverence and trust in God, as it should be.“

„But I see someone flying from the east, he throws something into the big water, then something strange happens. The water rises like a tower and falls down again, then everything is flooded.“

„The countries by the sea are seriously endangered by the water, the sea is very turbulent, the waves are as high as houses, it foams as if it were boiling underground. Islands disappear and the climate changes. Part of the proud island sinks when the thing falls into the sea that the plane throws. Then the water rises like a solid piece and falls back again. What that is, I don’t know.“

Recently, Irlmeier confirms a bitter fate for three large cities. „One city sinks into the water, the second big city stands steeple-deep in the sea, but the third collapses.“

Between the continent and the island, Irlmeier sees a column of water shooting towards the sky. It combines with the clouds to form a raging, all-darkening hurricane. The curtain of rain tears open and: „The great city on the island has sunk into the sea. Off the coast of the continent lies new land.“

„The islands off the coast are sinking because the water is all wild. I see big holes in the sea, and then they close up again when the huge big waves come back.“
